New Employee Training
All new employees are required to undergo orientation training, which includes: 
(1) Company overview, employee handbook and environment;
(2) Corporate structure and products overview;
(3) Basic concept on quality;
(4) ISO overview (ISO9001 & ISO14001) and 5S explanation;
(5) Industry security and occupational health knowledge;
(6) Environmental protection basic knowledge;
(7) Static electric protection knowledge;
(8) Department operating procedure;
(9) Other professional knowledge and skills required by the operation. 
 
On the Job Training 
(1) Special technical skills and management knowledge;
(2) Quality control knowledge, environment management knowledge and statistical skills;
(3) Engineering technical knowledge and basic maintenance abilities;
(4) Security, health, and environmental knowledge. 
 
Project Training
Based on the needs of employees, we provide special training on special management and technical skills (e.g. FMEA, SPC training, English training, accounting training)
